The script of papal documents

In the theoretical part, we will focus on the functioning and documents of an important medieval institution such as the papal office. This will be followed by training of script in Italian style and in Latin.

The result will be a 14th century indulgence papal document on A3 parchment!

Indulgences have the advantages of containing line-drawn initials and a decorative first line, so you can design this part yourself according to different original designs.

The course includes all materials (manuals, iron-gall ink, parchment A3) and small snack.
